I kindof have the same problem. My computer say's 'Can't find photoviewer or another program owns it. Exiting the program now.' That's all I get when I tried the CD and the web site download. I have a Coby Digital Keychain DP-161 and am trying to load photos from an iMac running OSX 10.5.5. When I plug in the keychain it says 'The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer.' When I run the software it came with it says 'Please plug in your photo Keychain using the provided USB cable and make sure the device is in 'UPDATE' mode.' When I run the driver update off the Coby website (Photo Viewer 4.6) it says 'Can not sic connect to device!' What's going on? If you're getting an error message when opening the software, check to make sure you have the photo keychain plugged in and changed to the 'USB Update' setting (done on the keychain when plugged in). The photo keychain must be plugged in and changed to 'USB Update' before the software is run. The instructions also said not to have the keychain plugged in when installing the photo viewer software, so I don't know if it would mess up the installation if it was installed with the keychain plugged in or not.
